12 Characteristics of Future Media Communication

1. Connected

Must connecting people each other.

2. Data Driven

We must have lots of sufficient data storage in order to facilitate the type of future communication and engagement.

3. Experienced-based

Something that audience can experience; feel , via various of media channels.

4. Borderless

The communication can be accessed anywhere anytime by our audience. Even around the world. Digital online is the only way, especially in designing the context.

5. Viral

The message should be share-able by our audience when they are willing to share.

6. Personalized

The message should be treated personalized manner to our audience in order to create a better impact and perceived engagement.

7. Participatory

The communication will be powered if it could invite element of participation from the audience themselves. It will be seen natural and honest. The content should be created by the public themselves!

8. Multi sensoric

Should create that involves multi sensoric of human such as hearings, sights, smells, feeling emotion for our future channels.

9. Interactive

Should create interacticity between audience and the media.

10. Mash-able or Edit-able

Audience like to see something new and are very creative. We must allow the space of creativity from the public to creatively bring pieces of communication materials and assemble them into different new format communication.

11. Multiplatform

Use many platforms channels.

12. Creative

The message should be insightfully creative in touching the audience. Should hit the bullseye.
