A Morning Learning from a Simple 10K Run:
1. You need to finish 10K Route.
You get tired and exhausted to keep running. Will you stop and rest for 1min or keep speed walking?
My learning... when you work, you better stop. To rest, to think and to gather new strategy. It is more effective to stop a while and start again, to reach your goal.
2. It seems your Goal is still far away and you feel exhausted. What do you do?
Close your eyes and Dream Visualize your dreams into reality. It will gather more energy for you.
3. People throwing can and cup glasses on the street. Thumping the plastic glasses like it does not matter. What will you do?
Better you stop and help people, rather than winning a race.
4. When you run, no one is your enemy except yourself. So everyday what we need to do is just to Beat Ourselves.
